Add Pilots and Drivers

Where am I?

1. Start Work Order
2. Add Permit(s)
3. Measure Load(s)
4. Add Pilots and Drivers
5. Upload to TESS
6. Complete Job

Once the actual measurements have been recorded, add the pilots and drivers for the movement.

The Pilots and Drivers sections on the Work Order.

Add a Pilot

From the Work Order screen, select Add in the Pilots section.

In the search box, type either:

• The pilot's rego.
• The pilot's pilot number.

Select the correct pilot from the search results.

After selecting the pilot, choose their position in the convoy.

You can add as many pilots as required for the movement.

Select the pilot's convoy position.

Check pilot warnings

Pilots shown in red have an issue with their information. This may include:

• Expired licence
• Expired rego
• Missing information
• Incorrect information

If a pilot is shown in red, select the pilot record, update the required details, and select Save.

Add a Driver

From the Work Order screen, select Add in the Drivers section.

Search for the driver using the available search fields, then select the correct driver from the results.

Select the Permit Number that the driver is using.

Select whether the driver is operating:

• Prime Mover
• Block Truck

Check driver warnings

Drivers shown in red have an issue with their information. This may include:

• Expired licence
• Expired rego
• Missing information
• Incorrect information

If a driver is shown in red, select the driver record, update the required details, and select Save.
