Vehicle registration details are stored for reuse.

When entering transport company and rego details on a Permit, AppSheet may show an existing expiry date for a rego already in the system.

Check the expiry details carefully and update them if required. Rego expiry dates are saved for everyone so they can be reused in the future.

Shared pilot and driver records

Drivers and pilots are shared records across all users.

If one person updates a driver or pilot record, that information updates for everyone. You can add new pilots and drivers as required for a movement. Once added, the record becomes available for everyone to use moving forward.

Pilots or drivers shown in red should be checked and updated before sending actual measures to TESS.
