Send permit details¶
Once all basic permit information has been added, the permit details can be pushed back to TESS.
From the Work Order screen, select Send Permit Measures to TESS.
This updates the Drivers/Pilots Product in TESS with the permit-side information. Updates to TESS sync every 5 minutes.
At this stage, only the permit information has been prepared. Actual measurements, pilots and drivers are completed later once the job is on site.
Send actual measures¶
After the following information has been completed, return to the Work Order screen:
- Permit details
- Permit axle measurements
- Actual load measurements
- Actual axle measurements
- Pilot details
- Driver details
At the top of the Work Order screen, select Send Actual Measures to TESS.
This sends the Permit and Actual information to TESS, including:
- Permit details
- Actual load measurements
- Axle measurements
- Pilot details
- Driver details
The information will be available in TESS for review. You can send this information to TESS as many times as required. Each upload overwrites what is in TESS.
