Work Order notifications

Work Orders are normally synchronised from TESS each hour. You may receive an email when:

  • a new Work Order is added to your schedule
  • an existing Work Order changes
  • a Work Order is removed from your schedule

Removed Work Orders are retained and marked as removed rather than deleted.

TESS upload notifications

When you select Send Measures to TESS, the request is normally processed within the next five minutes. An email confirms whether the upload succeeded or failed.

A failure email means the information was not sent to TESS. Read the email, correct the identified issue where possible, and submit it again.

Completion email

When a Work Order is completed, you may receive a completion email with a PDF summary of the loads, pilots and drivers.
