Notifications

Work Orders sync from TESS every hour.

You should receive an email notifying you of:

1. New Work Orders added to your schedule.
2. Changed Work Orders already in your schedule.
3. Removed Work Orders from your schedule.

When a Work Order is removed, it is not deleted. It is flagged as removed, which means you can still see it in your list of Work Orders.

Work Order measurements sync to TESS every 5 minutes. When you select Send Permit Measures to TESS or Send Actual Measures to TESS, the sync should occur within the next 5 minutes.

Once completed, you will receive an email advising whether the sync was successful.
